Are contacts not worth the hassle ? If I can afford LASIK

yes I do but it doesn't change the fact that your only options are lasik or wearing glasses

It's your choice.

IMO contacts are way better:
-I spend 120$ every year, so i think tehy're cheaper than LASIK even after 10 years
-My eyesight is still degrading, so i can correct it over time; instead with LASIK your eyesight could still degrade and need correction
-LASIK increases the risk of cataracts and retinal detachments

I think lasik is better, I had it in 2012 and nothing wrong so far

I use contacts because I'm too scared to sign my eyes away to anyone
