Are custom piercings a thing?

I have an idea for a piercing similar to anti-eyebrow piercing but higher up. It could be called a lateral orbital piercing I guess, but the idea would be that it could fraud low IPD/low ESR, proof of concept pictured above. Thoughts? I wonder how difficult it would be to get someone to do this for you, if it'd even be difficult at all.
