Did you listen to what I said they are not needed but some people feel better with them if you do high Intensity exercises for long periods of time without carbs in my diet from fruits and honey I would have many muscle spasms and wouldn’t be able to function properly doing bjj 3 hours a day my body would barley be working even after 3 months of carnivore diet ever since I put carbs into my diet I’ve felt soo much betterFalse. I went carnivore for 3 months I went on holiday and tried pretty much steak and ground beef 3x a day it worked pretty good until I went back to bjj stuck with it for another month and a half and felt like shir but it rlly depends if your very physically active then you need to in have carbs in your diet or your just retardedYou’ve never went raw carnivore for 3 months.
