I've never tried dating apps, but from all the men I see complaining about them online and the average-looking men who do well in them.
it seems to me that if you are not in the top 20%-15% of looks(face+height), then you're only way of doing well in them(getting massaged first and a lot of matches) is having a good body with good shirtless pics.

Unless you have a 7 PSL face, gymmaxxed and shirtless pics will definitely help if you got average face.

gymmaxxed and shirtless pics help regardless even if you have a 7psl face but they're a must on tinder if you have an average or below average face and height.

You have to be well above average to succeed in dating apps. I know one friend who has had success and he is like 5psl, good body from gym (he isn't gymmaxxed but he is a solid bro lifter) and 6ft 2 and he slays.

For tinder success you need atleast 2 of these.
