Are dermatologists idiots?

Went to a dermatologist because i have a lot of dark spots on my forehead which resulted from pimples. I think because i used to have really oily long hair and I never washed it, so all that oil and dandruff fell on my hair. Well anyways, this stupid bitch was saying how it wasnt possible for this to cause pimples, then she prescribed me some face cream, tretinoin i think, which she says bleaches clothes and bedsheets, and she expects me to put this shit on my face. I mean what the fuck do they do in med school. 10 yeras of studying and shes still dumb as fuck.

sometimes bad hygiene can cause pimples but often it is due to hormones and genetics. it is not uncommon for pimples to only occur on side of the face or on a specific area

a lot of derms are scammers looking to sell you worthless treatments. i would recommend you research your skin issues and seriously study the best treatments for it before going ahead
