Yeah hctz + amiloride is a good combo since amiloride is potassium-sparing

Most effective is furosemide but it can’t be taken often

1000mg doesn't do shit brochacho not even 4000mg. Ive been taking 1000mg my whole life before i found out about the diuretic effect of it and tried 4000mg. Genuinely don't do shit. Do normal debloating like potassium and dandyleion but combine it with diuretics like caffeine or furo(be careful w this) and piss everything out before you go out
