might be a retarded question but wouldn't hurt to ask

I look in the mirror at night and it feels like my face is a noticeably and better-looking compared to during the day, although that might just be placebo effect or whatever

I'm skinny, literally have a twink build. I don't even work out or diet, and have no idea what my actual bf% is. Anyways lmk. I'm considering hopping on some but idk how big of a difference it would make because of how many people I've seen here claim that debloating is cope if you're not ultra low bf with visible abs.

It’s definitely not cope, just don’t keep them too long term and take breaks for your electrolytes to replenish

Before hopping on anything, do it the natural way. Go on a low/no sodium diet, drink alot of water and do 1H of cardio accompanied with 1H sauna. Saunas are actually incredibly effective for debloating. Do not eat junk and if you wanna take some digestive medicine (not invasive) go for it.
