Are diuretics legit?

My face is quite bloated although I restrict salt intake and drink plenty of water, but Im bulking and eating shit tons of carbs. So before dates I am planning to use diuretics, furosemide. Who has ever had such experience? Is it safe to take diuretics long-term or is it only safe to use them only once in a while?

I dont want to bother taking it, 50 pills of 40 mg furosemide literally cost 1 dollar in our shops and I think that they are more effective than some roots. By the way, does debloating really increase SMV?

yes always but the extent to which it does depends on how good ur base form is
