downturned eyes is a flaw but it doesn't look bad in your case based off of the picture you provided.

Positively tilted eyes are ideal

As I said, focus on the rest of your face as your eyes look fine

Tbh I'm kinda confused on the term.

Idk whether it's referring to a negative canthal tilt, or just the upper eyelid/hooding being downturned (which mines is)

cope aside, imo i feel like neutral or slightly positive fits better on a masculine face, whilst positive fits better on a pretty boy. Obviously there's way more other factors to eye area.
