Yes very, diestary cholesterol is good for you. It doesnt contribute to higher LDL levels, Jewish Drs want you NOT to eat saturated fats esp cholesterol. Cholesterol is LITERALLY the precursor to all your sex hormones including testosterone. In fact cholesterol is so important your liver makes a lot of it daily. Like 75 percent of your entire brain weight is made of cholesterol. It contributes to cognitive clarity as well.

Also eggs are one of the highest sources of bioavailable protein
Are there any side effects/downsides of eating them?

should I just eat eggs all day and nothing else? I have OCD and I’m trying to find the perfect diet but can’t so I get stuck in the cycle of starving myself

You could definitely live off only eggs, they are also supplemented with a lot of vitamins and minerals so they are literally the healthiest food you can eat. The best way to prepare them is in a way where the yolk is still soft or runny, cause that means the cholesterol isnt damaged. So soft scrambled, sunny side up, poached, soft boiled etc

Does the source of egg matter? Like store-bought vs. a farmers market? is it too late for me to get proper nutrition and to catch up to people who have had proper nutrition their whole lives since I’ve starved myself my entire life?
 
I eat eggs at least every other day
 
i eat 6 - 12 every single day and im still a low T sub 3 psl tranny

I usually eat 3-4 eggs a day.
