Having an interest in such things cannot be categorized.

You don’t have a genetic coding to have a high predisposition to material things however people do have a high genetic predisposition to resources abundance as a result of generations of famines.

It is varied and even among white people and ethnics there are varying levels of interests.

Depends, if it’s a big flashy jacket with a giant gucci logo on it, a rolex, a lambo etc. then yes. If it is fine couture, high fashion, suits and a nice apartment house then no.
