Are face massage devices cope?

I want to buy this (coping?) device but idk if its legit or nah

It says it's good for massaging in serums, creams which make sense. But it also says it can tone the skin, get rid of bloat and improve blood flow which improves skin .

I know an angular face needs wide and forward cheekbones, good jaw development, small buccinator muscles, low bf % and good fat distribution etc.

I want to buy it but idk if the improving skin by improving blood flow and tonifying the face are cope tbh, any opinions?

(I do have decent bones, i need to get under 15 bf % as i'm 20% rn and i get slight hollow cheeks if i workout, stay hydrated etc, just wondering if the device will make a difference)
