Females with excessive tattoos are promiscuous, but are females with minimal tattoos (like one small tattoo) promiscuous too?

mostly yes,

even small tattoos would indicate that they are somewhat slutty

Ive seen girls in my hs that have small tattoos, they are slutty but not completely total whores
