I talked to Ramieri, and i seriously recommend you think a little with your own head instead of listening to him, and giving fillers a thought.

Ramieri does NOT do ANYTHING that is different from the filler result, FYI. No saddle, no full orbital rim. You literally can do filler the same way. Only sharp shapes are unachievable with the filler. However, most guys do not need this shit for a satisfactory visual outcome. Your cheekbones will just seem to be of a little rounder variation.

No. But it can help.

It works in a different way. You will have undereye filler, which will mascarade the border between the lower lid and midface fatpad. This will reduce the circles.

Naso folds are treated by injecting on canine fossa (paranasal region), or into the fold itself. This will reduce the folds.

however, in all cases, you are ADDING UP the material on top of your features. It means that in order to e.g. remove marionette lines visually, they have to give you a larger jaw, which is NOT a benefit always. If you want to reduce NL folds, then they will have project your paranasal more, which is NOT always the desired outcome.

So, fillers only ADD volume, they never relocate it like subperiosteal midface lift. If you want pretty-boy facial proportions, facelifts are your only option. Fillers if not bloating you right away, will change the natural features of your face.

But for fixing bony deficiencies they are really good. E.g. if you black circles or cheeks 404 stem from shit bones, then filler is the best solution no question about it.

What is worng with ramieri ? When i talked with him he did seem a little bit conservative and maybe bluepilled (very slightly) but he seemed like he was reasonable (not giving 20 cm advancements to anyone who asks) and competent. The variety that Ramieri does can be reproduced with fillers, because he does not do saddles (vertically narrowing the eyes socket), nor full orbital rim. But then the price does not justify having implants instead of e.g. filler.

Filler is still better than nothing but the following procedures are way better (because permanent) in following order of efficacy :

-Osteotomies
-Implants
-Fatgrafts when possible.

If you're a jawcel go for bimax and/or genio
If you're a cheekbone cel go for implants or fat graft
If you're an underyecel same.

Filler is temporary cope but they can ascend you pretty damn well. You will just spend the next 6 months looking at yourself in the mirror 100 times/ day to try to spot any migration, loss of volume and stress over any descension into your former subhuman self.

There is no one else. There are lite 4-5 people in all world doing customs, esp. orbital rims with saddles. Pagnoni seems to be the only one in EU who does them with saddles.

Lift and possibly straighten. Otherwise, AFAIK, i would need a lid graft for this.

But the only guy that got implants w saddles on this forum (afaik) lost it pretty quickly, wouldn't lower lid retraction be a safer bet unless you're also looking for bone support in the undereye/malar region ?

You are not getting higher lower eyelid without "something" inside your lower lid to raise it.

It can be a graft, or it can be an implant.

But since i lack cheekbones myself, i want to fix this at the same time. Otherwise, WHY would i pay for custom cheekbones, when i can use fillers for this. And then do "retraction surgery" aka graft+canthoplasty. And this will be cheaper than Ramieri's implants, which are 12k + 6k (for possible complications). And each revision is 12k again (i do not believe you can hit the implant size correct in 1 try, you will ALWAYS need revisions).
