Are filler even worth it?

If i do them, i will have to inject at least once a year, the price for jaw augmention is around 800-1000 euros.(for 3 to 5ml)
It will cost me around 60-80 euros a month.
Are there any better alternative than this?

Here is my take. Fillers give you fast results and you can get whatever type of degeinition you want for sure. The problem is they are not permanent so in the end way more expensive and also can migrate

Yes I know that is why I said they better because you get exactly what you want compared to a maybe but they will end up making you look like Joan rivers if you do them for too many years
