only good for very subtle things, where a surgical procedure isn't warranted. Plus the migration risk makes them completely useless for anything in the midface.
Chin or jaw is a good area for them since they can't migrate lower in the face than that
they migrate to midface, undereye fillers are not a good idea IMO

I wish that was plausible, id do it too in a heartbeat but like amnesia just said they can migrate and they're also risky as shit you can go blind and other shit
