Thinking about getting fillers for my jawline after my genioplasty but this forums opinion on them seems to be unsure. Imo the results usually look good but people say they migrate and you need to redo them pretty often. I can live with spending a lot of money on them but I cannot cope if I start to look bloated after a year with no way of fixing it.
Is filled migration really that much of a problem? Because osteomys won't be enough for my jaw and imo implants are an even shittier option.

yes, you can inject at home

I'd rather not fuck up myself. I have no problem paying a professional every year

Studyhacks got fillers and it worked quite well.

Why not? Any alternatives?
imo, the worst location for fillers

i'm 1 of them. imo they stay to a large, signifcant extend. AND they spread out.

that's how bloath happens, from migration
Any way to dissolve migrated filler? Any alternatives? My jaw won't be fixed with osteomies alone sadly

They can be legit. Depends on what you’re trying to accomplish. My experience using them in the eye area was hit and miss

I also got similar results to this, more subtle but I used less ml I believe. Gonial angle is pretty safe to DIY unless you're a total retard. Jaw filler is not going to migrate, that's something with fillers in places like cheeks, lips etc.

So you can’t use fillers for facial volume loss either?
In general I think it's not a good idea. Long term.

Fat grafts, are to be used. For Facial fatloss/volume loss.

Expensive though.
Them fat grafts. BUT it's the long term anti aging looks best option.

Is there any way to prevent facial fat loss like hollows under the eye and brow ridge loss? Like diet or supps? I already take tret

Tret only increases, less fat cells expression.

Facial fatloss, is part of aging.
What can be done about it?
Fat grafts mostly ideal.
Softmaxxing. Certain amino acids combo help. Because they nourish, feed, and fill the fat cells.
Keep them healthy.
With aging, the fat cells shriffle, break, become dried out unhealthy.

So no way to slow it down in a meaningful way?
What amino acids? I’m looking into ghk-cu right now looks promising

the best thing to do would be to get the fillers removed before they migrate / loose sharpness and then redo them from 0 etc ...

but that will cost huge money over the years
