I really wanna get fillers to fix my inward gonions and narrow face , should I save for implants instead ? or maybe should I start with good quality fillers
The thing is I only need them in the gonion area not anywhere else so maybe fillers are the answer.

Implants are better but a lot of people have ascended pretty hard with fillers. Just stick to HA fillers that you can dissolve and get redone if they migrate.

Fills me

I've heard it's way harder to create a better result than fillers with implants

No shit but the problem with implants is they cost like 10x the amount or more, come with ridiculous swelling, recovery, nerve damage risk, and plenty of other risks like it being botched as well.

Filler will often fix chinless chud with shit gonial angle and no ramus no zygos.

I meant filler results is way harder to achieve with implants , plus all the arguments you just said

fillers wear off and damage your face, get implants instread

I will probably only do It once and then I’ll get implants , I don’t need my face covered with fillers just on the gonions my face looks very disproportionate with proeminent zygos but inward gonions and narrow face

noooo😭i’m family with someone who does fillers and i have seen it and my family has said it. you will look worse than before fillers after a few years and get pillow face. it’s best you get implants

I know a couple of people with fillers including people who do it for years and they look fine

Filler has it’s limits, you can’t forge a ramus with filler realistically, not only would it take an absurd amount of it ($$$) but it would also look unnatural due to the ml quantity.

Filler is excellent for chin width and projection, gonians, cheeks, and some soft tissue areas when done reasonably to provide midface lift.
fat grafting does similar things, no?
fat grafts function somewhat similarly to filler in soft tissue, but it’s lack of viscosity means that it will look completely ridiculous when placed on bone. But grafts are often superior to filler for things like orbital volume addition, not structural enhancement (primarily due to their theoretical permanence beyond the initial period where some grafted fat can be lost).

it just isn’t worth the risk and eventually looking horrible implants are a better option
