At first I was really skeptical that flat plane mouthguards did anything, but after seeing @cutecoolnerdboy 's transformation I am seriously starting to think that they might be one of the best cheap looksmaxes for people with a deep bite/inward molars:
He claims that this is after 3-4 months of wearing a flat plane mouthguard at 16. Do you guys think it's somehow frauded or not legit? So far I haven't been able to find anyone else with such a dramatic transformation from simply wearing a mouthguard, which makes me pretty suspicious of this transformation. I might be coping but these seem like genuinely insane results, has anyone else had a transformation like this from just wearing a mouthguard? Or is it probably cope?
