Youre basically training to do the hitler salute with maximum efficiency. pretty based Imo.
They should’ve trained the Jews in the concentration camps to perform this exercise

It’s a no brainer exercise which is one of the fastest ways to build up your shoulders

Lateral raises are better if your main goal is width, why do front raises if it's front deltoid which is already more pumped in the bench press

Isolating the muscle is never a bad choice tho I don’t have many chest movements where my front delts are targeted heavily

I think weighted dips would do better for frontal delts tbh

Not that much strength after training chest and tri before and you’re already fatigued imo it’s better to isolate the movement
