@turkcelfatcel I dead ass didn’t know what gcses were before this and looking threw past papers of GCSEs right now I got no words if can’t do simple math or science and need stims for this shit it’s probably over

Do you know what sin cos tan is and what a gradient is if you know that you could probably get like a 9 in maths :lul:

Yeah it's pretty easy

I missed a grade 9 by 3 marks though because the grade boundary increased by like 20 marks to 90% or something

But I didn't revise either

Well it's just more content dense

GCSEs are just for the general population, and the average kid here is insanely retarded

Whereas a levels are supposed to be sat by a smaller proportion who are "good" at that subject

But I've just begun and they aren't much harder tbh

GCSEs are fucking easy, especially since the whole availability of AI. The best thing to do is get ChatGPT to test you, it can help identify your weak areas. Afterwards, just do a shit ton of past papers. Past papers are the best revision method.

Only the last question, aimed at grade 9, in GCSE maths papers is a bit tricky but even then it follows the same pattern:

It’s usually spot how you can create a triangle and use basic trigonometry.

The rest is the same thing every year. Same questions just different numbers.

It’s also pretty much the case for A-level maths and further maths.

It starts to get hard when you have to do an admissions test like the STEP

gcse's suck but you need them, I've gone up 2-3 grades in most subjects by just engaging and feigning interest in it all, and maybe 15 mins of revision a day. keep your head up ❤️

There's no way my guy is struggling at gcse.
I spent today revising 1 topic in alevel chem and it took forever I could cover the entire GCSE chem spec in like an hour realistically shit ain't hard. It's not even about if it's worth it it takes no effort if you're smart with time management

Yes they are worth it i only passed 3 and failed the others and im stuck doing a shitty college course with basically no chance of going to uni
