I think fat deposits that’s why people claim volu works but I’ve seen various results. It could be due to a lack of collagen. If you have scleral show than yeah. Most people have recessed infras. You could fraud with bb cream

9 times out of ten but bad fat pad placment and volume can be the cause to.

The issue with hollowing is that there isnt enough volume here, volume can come from bones or fat

you can mimic volume with fat or bones in that region, and both of those can also cause hollowing
