Probably not because that would cause blood flow and nutrient delivery restrictions to the skin under the implant. It would also restrict your movement and hurt your walking. You also will have weird looking and blocky feet after that. No shoes will fit you, and others are going to be weirded out by your feet.

All that pointless struggle when you can just wear elevator shoes or get limb lengthening.
