Are Heightboosters worth it?

Just wanted to get your opinion on heightbossters. I'm 5'10 in germany so i get permaheightmogged.
How much can you get away with IN SUMMER? I can fraud 5'11 with boots alone in winter, but what the hell do I do this summer?
Whats your experience with heightinsoles, shoes etc. Need to know
