But will swear up and down that they are not white. Yes I understand that Hispanics are mixed but the majority of them have a European base it’s why people view them as exotic whites plus you look mostly Spainish from Europe

depends which part like for example you usually see white people in Uruguay and Argentina put in certain areas specifically in northern Mexico u see white people which depends

Hispanic isn't a race. So yes there are white hispanics. But in general when people say hispanics they mean those with Native American and Spanish/Euro genes. They are not white, they are mixed race like Hapas and Mulattos.

They can however be considered exotic white when they have enough European admixture.
