how can u tellbones and bf%
You’ll just be able to know.how can u tell
Wondering if there are figures for an ideal ratio of zygos width to body fat percentage then?I think its the width of your zygos in relation to your body fat % .
bananas aint even a good source of potassium tbhidk bananas and coconut water isnt working and neck curls and chin tucks only provide definition
Wouldn't bigonial width matter as well, i think people are saying ~10% is ideal, anything under is unsustainable I'm pretty sureWondering if there are figures for an ideal ratio of zygos width to body fat percentage then?
It's probably better to lean down as much as possible and see if you then then![]()

And of course it won't matter if zygos aren't prominent enough
What u mostly doing is cope, no neck curles will help. Thread 'How to ACTUALLY debloat' https://looksmax.org/threads/how-to-actually-debloat.1620776/idk bananas and coconut water isnt working and neck curls and chin tucks only provide definition
He already has very angular, striking features so If u remove only hollow cheeks from him It wont descend him hardView attachment 4131821Hollow cheeks are cope anyways
It's angularity anyways that is matters, and hollow cheeks are just cause of high ang. So that's why he looks good regardless.View attachment 4131821Hollow cheeks are cope anyways
True but I would think zygos would matter the most. I would assume someone at 15% bf fat with big zygos with a good angle could still have have a hollow cheek look in certain lighting. I think there was a thread on here that explained 2 different hollow cheeks, one was from your zygos and the other was from your massatars.Wouldn't bigonial width matter as well, i think people are saying ~10% is ideal, anything under is unsustainable I'm pretty sure

48 year old btwhollow cheeks are a privilege and you simply aren't worthy of them![]()

Looks like it.View attachment 4134905
Pretty sure this is the difference, has something to do with the shape of the zygos?
nah it literally depends mainly on bodyfat% unless you just have absolutely terrible genetics, look at people who are insanely lean and you will see 99% haveits all about bones
Yes, I think you’re correct. My cheekbones are high set with good lateral projection/ width but not much frontal projection below the orbital area. I look like the guy on the right when I’m at a low bodyfat, I don’t get the classic hollow cheek look which I believe comes from the skin being contoured over big and forwardly projecting zygos.View attachment 4134905

Bones bro bonesidk bananas and coconut water isnt working and neck curls and chin tucks only provide definition
That makes sense. My I get a similar curve as the guy in the left. But I don't think my zygos are big because I only get hollow cheeks in some crazy down lighting.Yes, I think you’re correct. @aids What do u think?
I'm actually think its more about fat distribution
and buccal fat size/location I guess
Cuz I'm around 11% bf with good zygos and aint have hollow cheeks at all
