Are hollow cheeks just forward growth + lean or something else

Forward growth + lean + wide jaw. Buccal fat has nothing to do with being lean. Even GigaChads like Gandy and Cavill didn't have hollow cheeks when they were ~18-21 because they had too much buccal fat. Buccal fat dissolves with age.
