everyone is missing bone underneath their eyes so that can't be it, it's mostly fat, although part of the fat pad sits on top of the orbital so the more projected it is the less fat you need.

so what cheaper surgery would you recommend?
im on volufiline and it definitely helped but its still not how i would like it to be

they fix this issue with a composite face lift but it's pretty drastic and complex.
