Depends by what level of hooding: opry hooding tier is rare and i've never seen someone with his hooding. Amongst zoomies lots have more uee. But it's true that most people are "zygoless" with hooded eyes because caucasian males have high set cheekbones which lead to more prominent and lower supraorbitals making hooded eyes.
