are implants worth it if you're downgrown?

Would lower jaw implant results like this be too subtle to be worth it? I feel like if there was any more change, it would look uncanny, because I'm downgrown. Lefort 1 and bimax would help with forward growth, but I feel like they wouldn't help with my jaw asymmetry.

Jaw. On the bottom row, you can see I've edited my left half to be as sharp and projected as my right

Many surgeons can do jaw widening in bimax. I've only ever seen both sides widened equal amounts, but I would assume it's possible to widen one more than the other, or only widen one side? This might help a bit.
