Some Aborigines kinda look like Indians because Aborigines are not pure Negroids. You can call them semi Caucasians. They have proto Caucasian haplogroup K at the frequency of 56%. K haplogroup belongs to the Caucasian haplogroup family GHIJKL. Indians don't have K and G haplogroup but some of them have H, J and L haplogroups which belong to the same family as Aborigines K haplogroup, so they kinda look like Aborigines to the untrained eye. Also most modern day aboriginals don't look like those memes with primitive skulls, huge browridges and blonde hair. This is what the average aboriginal looks like.
