yeah its barley noticeable maybe 1 degree or straight up neutral, and it looks negative from lower angles

i reached out for djs and he recommend we go with djs+implants. planned it out for a few months, then it all went great. the plates were protruding into my mouth because of my freakishly short midface, so i had to go back 2 months later to get new plates. to make the trip worth it, i got a rhino, co2 laser, buccal fat removal. and a hair transplant from his friend. i'm happy with how it all went though so im going back there for more eventually

Usually a small nasal base with a wide mouth is ideal. I suffer from the opposite where my mouth is rather short and my nasal base is big. I'm not sure about fixes though. Also wdym by your nasal tip being too projected? Is it bulbous?
