No.

Many people believe Kidney stones are a result of cholesterol, it's not true.

Kidney stones are crystalized vegetable fat resins and crystalized hydrogenated fats and oils (PUFA - Polyunsaturated fats) which form into clusters and clumps in the kidney.

Stop eating processed foods with vegetable oils (soybean, rapeseed, canola, sunflower, safflower, peanut, cottonseed, etc) and start detoxing with high-quality animal fats and especially grass-fed beef kidney and Vitamin B1 (ideally not supplemented) to fix the issue. The kidneys can restore on their own over time without being further damaged.
Hypercalcemia is a condition in which the calcium level in your blood is above normal. Too much calcium in your blood can weaken your bones, create kidney stones, and interfere with how your heart and brain work. Hypercalcemia is usually a result of overactive parathyroid glands.14 Apr 2023

I don't have kidney stones but will PUFAs in mackerel cause kidney stones?

In that quantity probably not, but it's not ideal. Keep in mind the government stuff PUFA in almost every processed product they sell. So normies consume a ridiculous amount of vegetable oils which in turn ruin their health. But again, a tiny amount from mackerel won't be devastating. Especially if you drain it out of the tin.
