If taken for long enough, yes. They need to go through a couple growth cycles to become terminal enough to last without minoxidil. Take it to be about a year or 10 months.

How is Latisse a better alternative tho? It's pretty well known Latisse causes preorbital fat loss from it being a prostaglandin analogue.

I've been using tropical minox on eyebrows and it's decent tbh w careful application, i was of the opinion Latisse was an even worser idea due to the fatloss and shit.
