I have been going gym for about 2 months and didnt really have an individual legs day. I have just put it into my routine but dont know if theres any point as my legs are decent and have some definition from when i use to play football. i just want to know if anyone who has stopped or started training legs for a long time has felt a diff in their physique energy or even test increase.
