i Was always under the impression the more flaws you have , the more goof lighting will help hide. But maybe I’m wrong and Chads see a huge difference with lighting also

Yes lighting type of camera type of mic ( mirror or selfie) bodyfat percent etc are the most important thing for good pictures

What’s the best lighting to take selfies? Is going outside during certain times of the day best for certain lighting? I’ve noticed in some lighting I have hollow cheeks and other lighting I look subhuman
