No matter how much i try and debloat I always have stubborn fat near my under eye area and close to my nose. I am 16 and pretty lean. I think it could just be stubborn baby fat and got recommended lymph drainage facial exercises but do those really work?

The fat pad near the lower orbital is practically impossible to sustain at a depleted level, so if you actually have some abnormal stores in the area and you aren't excessively overweight (~20% BF+) then, you'd need to be sub-8% bodyfat for it deplete without surgery

^ - Though I've never seen someone with an abnormal cranial fat distribution where excess fat is positioned there to be honest, that is what I'm assuming you are talking about

yeah the fat pads aren't abnormal, but they are especially more noticible in darker lighting. My orbital region is very sunken and i have some nasiobial folds although my maxilla isn't recessed which results in itachi lines that are noticeably full compared to the rest of the skin despite my attempts to lose bf but i'll take your advice preciate it boyo

Ah I understand, given the upper recession the lower region is more accentuated and given the difference in bone mass a line is present showing the disparity, I'm not sure if leanness would help equivocate the regions in a planar regard or not, I'd get lean first and if it doesn't improve much look at surgical options if you are really desperate, though keeping your eyes good for the rest of your life is above any invasive procedures you can have done

yeah i'm thinking on saving up for infraorbital implants in the future still deciding though, but i've basically accepted there's not much I can do currently but sticking to my current diet and getting good sleep as well as exercise but yea ima try to get to the lowest bf percentage first before i come to a conclusion (y)
