Are malar implants necessary with Jaw Angle Implants?

If you’re getting jaw angle implants do you also need to widen the zygos?

Case specific, but in general, no. Most guys suffer from a narrow mandible.

Not a common take on org, but arguably filler looks better for zygons then implants.

Probably not. I'd say don't go for the cheekbone implants and just use filler after if you need an mm or two to get a good ratio between the two
