Are manlets short every stage of their life, or are they normal size, then stop growing?

Of the manlets I can think of, they were just always small

stopped growing at 14 i was 5'8 then still a 5'8 fucking manlet

Most children are born the same height. As development occurs during the first five to 7 years, height becomes a noticeable factor in a child's physique. After age 7 to 18, it's pretty obvious.

manlet , was always small , the shortest kid in class. my grandmother saw me after birth and said this exact same thing: " he has small fingers he will be short" .
