uee and negative canthal tilt, but for me (if you are still during puberty) puberty just got rid of all the 10mm of upper eyelid exposure i had and turned my negative canthal tilt to positive

No it’s not bad you have little bit eye lid exposure otherwise your undereyes are appearing healthy but to fix the eyelid exposure you had to go through surgery
. Try to consider Blepharoplasty or canthoplasty

I think it’s ideal , it should be around 6-7 degree
