Faelid and paleo-Atlantid are the two most attractive phenotypes.

Some white phenotypes are even uglier than ethnic phenotypes like Alpine and Dinarid. Dinarid is kinda ethnic tho.

All Europeans have some degree of Farmer admixture. What makes Meds more ethnic than the rest of Europe are the small inputs of Natufian and Iranian Neolithic admixtures and relatively high amount of Caucasus Hunter-Gatherer admixture + relatively small amount of Steppe admixture compared to the rest of Europe.
But this doesn’t apply to all southern Euros in general. Only small pockets of southern Europe like Greece, Malta, Cyprus southern Italy and perhaps Albania and Bulgaria.

Mongols and Huns conquered their lands, but didn’t really mix with the natives. Russians only start looking mongoloid when you travel very far east into the country. Similarly, Arabs conquered Iberia, but modern Spanish and Portuguese people have little to no Arab ancestry. Language and invasion patterns do not equal genetic ancestry.

Italians in America are mostly southern Italian. Northern Italians don’t behave like that.

Spanish, and Portugueses dont have arab admixture, i know this; but now im not talking about russians looking mongoloid like you said, im talking about small East Asian admixture, 3-5% which 80% of western Russians from St Petersburg to Volgograd have
