thats why i ask you to link the studies, because i want to read them instead of looking at the title and making my conclusion u retard

I provided those citations in good faith as representative of scientific literature supporting my claim.

"Minoxidil doesn’t create permanent hair growth. it works by stimulating dormant follicles and promoting hair growth, but that growth depends on continuous use. stop using it, and any new hair it helped grow will eventually shed. people who think their results are permanent after long-term use are just experiencing the temporary effects of the drug, and they’re misinterpreting it. just because a lot of people have the same experience doesn’t make it universally true, especially when it goes against well-established scientific understanding."

If you want to actually read the fucking studies, here's what you do:

1. Go to PubMed
2. Use the exact citation details I provided
3. Access the full text through your academic/institutional login
4. Or pay for the individual article access
5. Or visit a university library

I am not obligated to hand-deliver these studies to you on a silver platter like a special ed student. The citations I gave are standard academic practice. They point you to the precise location where you can verify the information.

i can read and comprehend scientific literature.

That bullshit doesn't impress me.

If you're so scientifically literate, then do the legwork. Look up the studies. I've given you the exact metadata to find them.

The fact that you're more interested in attacking me than actually reading the research tells me everything I need to know about your "scientific comprehension".

I provided a roadmap to the information. What you do with it is entirely your problem.

Want the citations again so you can go find them yourself? I'm happy to repeat them.
Otherwise, go read a book.

I'm not obligated to give you a link when I’ve literally given you the citations, the roadmap, and the exact info you need to verify this. I’m not your personal research assistant. If you think i’m gonna spoon-feed you the entire process just because you’re too lazy or too proud to do the work yourself, you’re delusional.

If you can "read and comprehend scientific literature" like you claim, then you know that citations are how it’s done in academic discourse. Me providing you with the details was the equivalent of handing you the treasure map.

How.. is that hard to follow?

laughs cage GIF

im gonna shit myself

Are you able to first use it 2x per day then after you're content with density, just apply it once per day, or even only 5x per week for maintencance
Legit.

I kinda just apply when i feel like it nowadays

bro you have the time to make 30 minute replies but not the time to link a single study

i heard it causes bloating
No, unless you're drinking the topical solution

its permanent

low dht concentration

only scalp isnt permanent cause high dht concentration
has nothing to do with DHT concentration. Minoxidil doesnt do shit for dht. And the reason eyebrows are not affected by AGA is not that theres a "low dht" concentration there, but rather that eyebrow hair is not susceptible to DHT.

As to whether it's permanent: We don't know. The "evidence" that it is, is ancedotal.

this is top notch broscience right here.

1. minoxidil doesn’t work like that

minoxidil is a vasodilator that promotes blood flow to hair follicles, stimulating growth in hair that’s already in a dormant phase. the catch is that it needs continued use to maintain the results. when you stop applying it, the follicles that depended on that extra stimulation go back to their original lazy state. this applies to eyebrows, scalp, or anywhere else you slap that stuff on. there’s no special “permanence pass” for eyebrow hairs.

2. “low dht concentration” = meaningless drivel

low dht concentration in your eyebrows doesn't magically makes the hair permanent. that is so wrong. eyebrow hair growth isn’t regulated by dht in the same way scalp hair is. sure, dht primarily impacts terminal hair on the scalp, but that doesn’t mean minoxidil-induced eyebrow growth suddenly defies biology and becomes “permanent.” dht levels don’t dictate how long artificially stimulated hair growth will last. it’s all about follicle dependence on minoxidil.

3. the same rules apply everywhere

minoxidil affects follicles the same way regardless of location. the principle doesn’t change because the hair happens to be above your eyes instead of on your head. when you stop using minoxidil, any new growth reverts because the follicles are no longer getting their artificial boost. whether it’s eyebrows, beard, or scalp, the mechanism stays consistent.

4. science vs. pseudo-bro logic

if your theory were true, dermatologists and actual scientists would be shouting it from the rooftops. instead, every legit source says the same thing: stop using minoxidil, and the results fade over time. full stop. no exceptions for “low dht concentration zones” because that’s not how follicle biology works.
finally someone who knows their shit about hair loss
