This fitnessprogram called stronglifts 5x5 says you need to start with 20 kgs where i can do 35 kg.

My question was if you just focus on lifting so many kgs as possibile you automaticaly get big or has fitness some sort of deeper dimension when it comes to muscle building,

Tips are always welcome :)

Too lazy for an informative answer, just know that your CNS takes a heavy tool on how much you can lift, not just muscle.

They do correlate but not necessary

If you only train for intensity (heavy weights, low reps), you can get stronger without visually getting too much bigger . It mostly has to do with the central nervous system tbh

So do you have any influence on the nervous system?
