Are my cheekbones low or high set?
its not visible coz ur too bloated/fat , but you can just touch your face and feel them , if they are near ur eyes then they are high set , if they are in your cheek region then they are low or medium set

@LegendaryKennen @TrueOttoman same guy btw
i dont want to spark a debate but ive been bonesmashing for months and ive seen results (i turn 21 this month), the upper part of the zygos are really malleable, and so is the chin (browridge for example isnt malleable)
even people irl have pointed out the change

i go very hard force on the upper parts of my zygos once every 3-4 days with my knucles, i go for power instead of light fast taps. and try to always one-up the last session as the bone adapts
i also consume mineral rich food and try to keep my insulin sensitivity high

risks:
- if you dont bonesmash the upper part of ur zygos, and instead go for lower/middle, it can make ur zygos appear more lowerset
- there are fat pads right under ur infras, u dont want to miss ur hits and hit them (the kind of fat pads u want to preserve), middle and lower zygos can also have these fat pads
-assymetry, but ofc it is fully in ur control, as the rest
-brain damage. personally i never got any headaches or things similar to it, its mostly idiots who bonesmash their browridge who feel those consequences

i just returned from vacation and saw my mom/aunt for the first time in 2 months and they were like "what happened??", and a person i visited at the start and end of vacation also literally pointed out my zygos. i also train some of my eye muscles sometimes (u can say cope, i dont mind) and when i position my fingers on it i sense the bone underneath that wasnt previously there. and i saw myself in my old mirrors in my house for the first time in 2 months and the difference is night and day

ill come back in an hour if u do reply with something, im doing something rn
