average by the looks of it.

you should look into measuring your bideltoid, and i'm pretty sure there's percentile charts for bideltoid by height

how wide are they in comparison to your waist though? that matters a lot too

im 20+% bf so my waist isnt its best I started working out tho so should be fixed soon hopefully
