nigga said "tricep pushdowns to grow my shoulders" ur an npc, you grow your shoulders by training them really hard, ur 3 delts dont know what a pushdown is, just spam shoulder excersises till you literally cant anymoreare just lateral raises and tricep push downs all I really need to grow my shoulders?
