Hey guys,

I’ve been on test for about seven weeks now. I know it takes roughly four weeks to fully saturate, so realistically I’ve only been “on” for around three weeks. So far, nothing noticeable has really happened. I’m training and progressing pretty much the same as before. I’m getting blood work done tomorrow to see what’s going on, but I do know the test is doing something since I’ve developed some back acne.

Are my expectations unrealistic? Am I doing something wrong? Should I expect the benefits I had in mind to show up soon, or am I basically cooked?

I am on 450 mg test e/week, 80 kg, 188cm, do a ppl ul split, walk 12-15k steps a day, eating 150g protein and around 400-500 grams of carbs a day

check e2 levels 100%, if >60-70 pg/mL get an ai. start with a low dose (0.25mg anastrozole twice a week)

maybe u got fake test if your t levels are below 1500 ng/dL

calorie surplus or just wait until your results come
either way i dont recommend u do test ONLY as you have sides
you can run accutane, hcg (for your balls), etc

Different people have different receptor sensitivity, I would hop on accutane increase the dose and add an oral like var or dbol if you don’t mind being a bloatcel to see quick progress.

But most people think like 250 test would blow them up it’s just not realistic

3300 cals a day should do the trick.
If your maintenance is 3000 then yeah, otherwise you don’t need to bulk that hard. +300kcal is more than enough and when your on test it doesn’t rlly matter you can still recomp in a cut

If youre not gaining weight, its your calories too low.

I was eating at maintenance at the beginning of my current cycle and making no gains.
As soon as I really picked the fork up lifts started flying
