could actully help a little bit but if ur not symmetrical it can magnify your asymmetry tell you ortho not to over expand and to only expand to the ideal width alot of orthos over expand to give u a wider smile but fuck ur face up

the guy saying expecting it to go from negative to positive is unrealistic but implys it does have some change if u understood basic bone structure you would know wideing your maxilla will affect your zygos and orbitals making it more wide witch will make it more neutral

Too much negative canthal tilt nigger, one thing you can do to improve this is by taping the eyes in a positive tilt. like you would do with a strange puppy. i did this and it improved my eye area like crazy. I went from ltn to hhtn with this method
