Its pretty decent u just need to fix ur brows. If you have the opportunity try using fillers to achieve hooded eyes for a more masculine look. Green contacts with a perm would really add a halo too if you have the right features.
i would say there above average just gotta trim your eyebrows

just wait for puberty and testosterone to step in and then try to maximize test. also genetics play a big rule but usually puberty will enhance them.

If you want to go the frauding route, coloured contacts would make your eye area striking in my option with skin colour and eye contrast.
