Dark circle can be just genetic, ethnic. Also it's not necessary a looksmin. I removed my dark circles with a filter and I looked worse

Nah. The eyebrows are pretty good for his pheno. His coloring is bright. It's uncanny when someone with light coloring has bushy eyebrows, imo. As long as they're not too thin.

That's pretty much every white guy.

Limbal rings + clearly some shade of light. It's near ideal I'd say.
I assume you're just trolling him for being so narcy which he deserves tbh. He has interesting thing going on here with the fat under the eyrbows not sure what call it kinda looks like he barely has browridge. Not fully developed yet. Might be a kid.

Your eyes are probably close to ideal in terms of appeal other than slight scleral show. Hunter eyes are giga-cope. You need to improve your eyebrow density and eyelash length though.

Three things to fix and your eye area will be a very strong feature of your face:

1. Denser/darker eyebrows -> Minoxidil/rosemary oil and maybe a dye for your eyebrows

2. Stronger eyelashes -> Latisse

3. Very slight UEE -> practise proper eyelid posture or squintmaxx
